About us...

The Real McCoy Beer Co was established in 2015 and is a small batch New York State Farm Brewery, that means 20% of our ingredients are grown in New York State. We source Malted barley from all over Upstate New York through our partners at Convergence Craft Malt. The New York State Hop industry is growing fast, literally with farms springing up everywhere. We source hops from local growers here in Albany County and throughout all of New York State. We make beers people like to drink, unpretentious and delicious.   • Our flagship beer! Made with 100% Pale Malt from Mosher Farms in Bouckville, NY, German Wheat and Oats and lots of hops. Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic dominate this beer.

  • Sometimes the simplest explanation isn't always the answer. This hazy IPA is the offspring of both our Delmartian and Hopped Upstate combined. 3.5 BBLs of each blended post fermentation. Enjoy!

  • Abner Doubleday, a Civil War Hero and the father of Baseball, Old School, just like this beer. An English Pale Ale recipe jacked up with a malt backbone then loaded with Apollo, Summit and Simcoe.ption text goes here

  • This copper color ale is refreshing and thirst quenching with a slight fruity-estery character from the London style yeast that is used. The earthy, herbal hop aroma is present to the nose along with some sweetness from the malt.tion
